Como ex-alumno de la Agencia Coreana para las Oportunidades y la Promoción Digital [KADO] he recibido su cuarto boletín trimestral de noticias. En el mismo se informa que KADO ha sido premiada por tener el mejor sitio web de aprendizaje en línea de todo Corea del Sur. El ‘Web Award Korea 2006‘ fue desarrollado hace dos semanas en Seul. El portal llamado ‘Baeum Nara (a place for learning)‘, un servicio al alcance de todos los ciudadanos para la superación de la brecha digital, ha sido galardonado a nivel nacional. Si bien el sitio no tiene licenciamiento libre y se capacita en herramientas privativas, las referencia es bien válida atendiendo a que el modelo Coreano de inclusión + educación digital es uno de los más exitosos del mundo.
